I highly recommend this massage therapist. I went in with significant neck and back pain and left feeling a huge amount of relief. Throughout the session, everything was explained clearly, including what muscles were causing the pain and why I was experiencing certain symptoms. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful, making me feel comfortable the entire time. Fantastic as always, I injured my back from squatting. Ryan remedied the discomfort, gave me exercises to warm the area appropriately and tips and suggestions for my technique to avoid doing it again and on how to strengthen my positioning.

Thanks Ryan. I’ve tried loads of physios and treatments over the last 20 years, and this was by far the most thorough session I’ve ever had. You clearly know what you’re doing and took the time to explain everything properly rather than just rushing through it. I left with a much better understanding of what’s been causing my problems and what I need to do about them. Looking forward to trying the exercises we went through. Rach always does an amazing set of lashes . When I first started going my lashes were not in good shape.. now they are getting better and better. Always tailors lashes to individual people and gives advice on what my own lashes can handle. I won’t go anywhere else now.
