I have had numerous massages over the years but this reflexology session was something special. Catherine has a gentle, intuitive approach. The massage combined with the aromatherapy oils and the beautiful inviting space was just spot on and I left feeling so zen! She also gave some useful self care tips to do at home. What a lovely experience. Elaine is in a gorgeous spot right on the coast away from the bussle of Whistable; well worth the trip. My full body, relaxation massage for 90 min was magical and just what the doctor ordered! I look forward to visiting again on my next trip to the area. Highly recommended.

I've recently had pain in my arm due to a trapped nerve in my neck and just the right amount of pressure was applied to those areas and I left feeling great. Highly recommended.

Elaine was amazing. She really targeted my problem areas, where I build up the most tension. And gave me small exercises to do daily to help with these areas. Will be booking the course of massages asap and will aim for monthly sessions! Can't wait x

These treatments have been more than just a facial. On all 3 sessions I have left with glowing skin, but also improved sense of wellness. Feeling more grounded and relaxed, when anxiety levels had been previously high. Would highly recommend, and have booked appointment for family to enjoy as well.
