Lorraine’s hydrotherm massages are always fab and she got all the knots out of my shoulders. I struggle to lie face down on an ordinary massage table but with the hydrotherm I could stay face up which was much more comfortable

Really nice massage. It would be nice for the room to be dark (possibly darker blinds on skylights) or have an eye mask or towel wrapped across your eyes, room was very Bright, I always think it’s more relaxing in a room where the light is low, face mask/ towel helps to relax your eyes again making it more relaxing. Thank you.

I had an Indian head massage and it was wonderful. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. The massage was amazing, I swim a lot so have knots and aches in my neck and shoulders. This helps me to relax, ensures I sleep well and makes me feel fabulous.

Lorraine's Indian Head, Neck and Shoulder massage is in a different league to all front-facing, "hole in the bed" treatments. The heated Hydrotherm pillow is wonderful to relax into and from choosing your preferred oils, to the rake of the top and bottom of the bed, you are in control. I usually just drift off to the exotic aromas and chill out music and when I am awoken gently I feel completely relaxed and invigorated. Try it for yourself!

Reflexology session today was fabulous, so relaxing and felt amazing. My daughter bought this for me as a Mother’s Day gift while she had a full body massage. We both agree to return very soon for more treatment . Lorraine was very professional and extremely knowledgable, she was kind caring and very welcoming.
