Had an appointment at The Skin and Beauty Co on Thursday 13 November at 10:30am with Chrystal Howes. She was absolutely lovely, made me feel so comfortable, and I really enjoyed the whole experience.

Polished has a stunning new salon that I visited today for my appointment. It was like walking into a palatial New York or London Hotel premises . It’s been decorated with luxury materials and glittering chandelier’s.. Charlotte has invested so much time into the minor detailing and specification of the design and set up. It’s absolutely beautiful! I would recommend this salon and all the technicians to anyone looking for somewhere new for their nails or beauty treatments. This is a 5 star establishmemt .

Such an enjoyable visit. Lovely to meet Maria and amazed she's working so soon after her knee op. She did a brilliant job on my nails and I love the colours she helped me choose. No mean feat with my indecisiveness. Great to see Charlotte and Holly and chat with the other clients. You all brightened this grey and soggy day. Thank you. So pleased the move is imminent too. Chrystal was lovely - an accomplished professional who cares about her clients and is lovely!

It was so wonderful this morning to have my wonderful facial with Tessa. I loved every moment of it. Tessa is such a gentle kind caring and accommodating person who I feel very comfortable being with. The facial was nothing but amazing! I felt so relaxed when closing my eyes I could see relaxing pink and green colours a state of meditation ❤️I literally floated out of there this morning! 🙏 Thank you Tessa see you again soon ❤️

Absolutely love this place and the girls, haven't had a single bad treatment. Nails are super lush and the massage is to die for. Super personal and so affordable. Can't wait for my next treatment. Highly recommend this place.

I enjoyed my pedicure with Lea very much. I felt very relaxed, and Lea tailored my pedicure to me. I have visited twice now and Lea has made me feel very welcome and comfortable on both occasions. I left the salon feeling uplifted and very happy with my treatment. I feel relaxed enough to consider a massage and will be looking to book that very soon.

Fab massage again , Alice concentrated on my areas of concern feeling more relaxed in my back now .

My first time at BN beauty Rottingdean . I had a Back , neck & shoulders with Alice . She was fantastic not only when greeting upon arrival but my massage was amazing she worked on my knots ! and now I feel all relaxed . I didn’t feel rushed when completed , the salon is beautiful and the treatment was worth every penny ! I will be returning I’m excited to see what next I can experience . ⭐️
