My mind and body just melted away, all my tension gone within minutes, it was just wonderful. I had the Hot Stone Massage, I definitely recommend this one, the warmth of both the room and the stones it was so relaxing. If you haven’t tried a massage here I would definitely recommend this one for your next massage, it is a must. I cannot say how wonderful Kirsty was she was welcoming, polite, down to earth, you could just say if something was uncomfortable and she would fix it. Again I 100% recommend KG Therapies to anyone, to people having massages every month like me or a complete newbie.

Kirsty is really friendly and brilliant at what she does. From the little touches to asking if the music was okay and giving a big bottle of water at the end, I felt really looked after. The massage was really relaxing and I’m so glad I added the 10 minute head massage and 10 minute gua sha facial, it’s really good value for money. I would highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

I had a very relaxing massage and a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. Ellie picked up on where I was holding tension and worked carefully through the knots in my back and shoulders. The pressure and pace were well great, and I felt comfortable throughout. I walked out feeling lighter, with much less tightness, and my back has been feeling a lot better since. I’d definitely return for another session.

Another amazing treatment from Kirsty. I came home feeling so relaxed with my new lilac polish on my toes. Just chilled drank lots of water and enjoyed relaxing in front of the TV. Highly recommended. This young therapist oozes calm and relaxation from the moment you arrive. Will be booking more sessions. It’s a fantastic recharge for me💕👍

I visited Kirsty at 7 months pregnant having suffered with bad back and leg pain for over a month and being visibly unable to walk properly due to discomfort and amazingly after my full body pregnancy massage the pain went away, I returned again for another massage now I’m nearing the end of my pregnancy and was completely comfortable, relaxed and I enjoyed every minute. I can’t wait to return again after baby is born for a much needed pamper! Always the best experience when I visit Kirsty, and always leave counting down till my next self care treat! Just back from a facial and headspa and it was incredible! I was very anxious before going but was soon put at ease by Holly. The treatments were better then i could have imagined, so relaxing and great advice given. I would 100% recommend and will be booking again :)

Peak Perfection is a very professional well run well stocked beauticians. Time spent with Nicki is always a pleasure. Her treatments are faultless and her personality is so genuine. I have regular 2 week visits for lash refills (coloured!) and gel nails. As a treat to myself I'll indulge in a facial with Eve Taylor product (the neck product is a winner!) and highly recommend Nicki's massages. Holiday/sunny time preparation always includes waxing and a relaxing but very thorough pedicure. My daughter's also enjoy lash tinting. 10/10 Peak Perfection x
