Fantastic. Elsa was brilliant. I was a bit nervous at first but she made me feel relaxed and very welcome. My first hot stone massage and it left me feeling super relaxed. Elsa found knots in places I didnt think muscles existed and she worked really hard and effectively to sort them out. Sorry Elsa but it was so good I will be rebooking in with you again! If you're local or here for a holiday book in for a treatment here...beautiful hotel, SPA is amazing, staff and therapists are just so friendly and professional.

I received a spa package as a gift and it was lovely. Beverley gave a fantastic massage, very firm and my back feels much better for it. The facial was also lovely, with wonderful smelling Bramble and Bee products.

I had a great experience today. I had a full body massage and the pressure was great as I like it firm and not many places seem to be firm enough for me. I will definitely book in again. The only thing is I book d on Fresha and it said 1hr 15 mins for the treatment, where it was only 50 minutes. Thank you so much

Amazing massage I have had back surgery a few months ago and honestly my back feels so much better after this massage I was able to bend over and put my shoes on without pain I woke up this morning no pain in back I will be booking regular massages with Bev thank you Bev I would 💯recommend d Bev
