It was great! liliana did an awesome job at targeting all the tense areas of my body and found so many knots. She made sure I was feeling all right throughout the whole session and make sure I was feeling calm and relaxed. Overall, the vibes were very relaxing and I left feeling lighter and less stressed. I came to Overflow Wellness Club for a Brazilian lymphatic massage because my body and fascia felt stagnant, heavy, and like everything needed movement again. I’ve been here twice now and have done the body scrub / water table, and the foot massage/reflexology. 10/10. Would recommend and will definitely be returning. As a quite plus size woman, I always worry about the sturdiness of the massage table / weight limits. For others who share similar concerns, everything was sturdy AF here, and the staff were super kind in answering my questions about weight limits prior to attending. Definitely plus-size friendly.
