Tracy is an amazing esthetician. I had a massage and facial and can do nothing but rave about them both. She is really strong and can give you a deep tissue massage. Also I've never had such an amazing facial. She never stops touching you. Even when the mask is firming up she massages your arms. Most facials they leave the room while the mask is working but not her. Her attention to detail is amazing. I'll definitely be going back. Thanks Tracy!!

Tried cupping for the first time - loved how it released the shoulders and lower back - thoroughly recommend it for tight and sore muscles. Also did some cranial-sacral therapy - again really felt the effect in my neck and shoulders - great therapies for both relaxation mentally and physically.

Jolene is kind and amazingly talented. She's able to get muscles and tendons to move back into place. Fixing the problem instead of just making the problem area feel better. By doing this the effects of her treatment last a lot longer. I highly recommend her!

I drive from Regina to see her because she is Very knowledgeable and I have many issues that she has had to help me with and she nailed everyone . She is polite and great bedside manor. I feel amazing. Can't wait till I return.

Great as always. Jolene asked what areas I wanted her to work on and asked throughout how the pressure was. She prepared me if there was an area that might be a bit more uncomfortable and spent more time on a place when I asked her too. She also read my body and worked on a few places I had identified. She is very good at what she does. :)
