Jane was excellent. Had a deep tissue massage after a five day kayak trip and she found all the sore muscles, aches and tight spots. She is very initiative and listens well to concerns. I Will for sure go back and see Jane for a massage.

HANDS DOWN the best relaxation massage I have EVER had! A really good mix between total relaxation bliss, but also getting all of those sore spots fixed. Jane was so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. She made sure the pressure was good multiple times. I didn't know what to expect coming into this spa for the first time. And I am VERY impressed. Highly recommend!

Great experience. Sophia is an excellent therapist. Had foot and hand massage today and honestly can compare it to Thai massages I have had in Paris, Dublin, and other major cities. West Kelowna is lucky to have her.
