I am so glad that my mother gifted me a massage here with Michelle. From the moment I walked in I could feel my energy shift, such a relaxing, comfortable and clean space. Michelle took her time to personalise the treatment, the massage was so relaxing and I left feeling very pampered. The tea after was delicious and the perfect way to end the treatment. I highly recommend spoiling yourself, you won't regret it at all!

My second colonic and I am so impressed with the staff at A1 Colonic, Oxenford - friendly and knowledgeable with a wonderful capacity to make me feel relaxed. Natalie, like Jamie, is a wonderful therapist that knows her job, readily answered questions and made me feel so comfortable. I will recommend this place to friends and family. In fact, my mum went and the experience was so positive she’s going again.

I have had quite a few massages by Catherine and I always feel very comfortable and relaxed. I always feel like I am in good hands, literally! But, most recently I had a lymphatic massage, which I had not had before, and it was hands down the best massage I've ever had. Thanks Catherine for always taking such good care of me. I’ve had many massages over the years, and Michelle is by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I’ve never felt such a sense of calm and relief after a massage. The room is incredibly peaceful, and every detail is perfection, from the hot towels and beautiful oils to the soothing music. The whole experience feels like a warm hug.
