I’m new to the area and it’s been a while since I’ve been to the salon, but my shave looks perfect, my hair (from mid-back to chin length) is gorgeous and soft. Didn’t expect to decide on a salon at my first try, but I don’t see the need to check out any other place!

Shayla the owner is a color, style, up do and makeup guru! The atmosphere of the salon is relaxing. Melanie is my stylist and she is phenomenal! She asks questions about how I wear my hair, likes and dislikes and goes to work & voilà perfect cut for me. Thank you Freya!

Ashley was accommodated my visit after it had to be cancelled due to inclement weather, which was so nice of her. It was my first time here. Very cute salon. Shayla always does a great job with my hair! She is a perfectionist who won’t let you leave her chair until she gets it just right. The salon has a great vibe and is also very careful about covid protocols.

First time to American Hair Barn this year. Staff was very friendly. Stylist did an excellent job and cut my hair exactly as I wanted it. Salon was a very welcoming environment. Clean and safe place. Plenty of off street parking. Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sue was absolutely delightful and did a fantastic job on my hair! As an RV camper, it's always a challenge to find a reliable hairdresser on the road, but Sue exceeded my expectations. She understood exactly what I wanted and made my hair look perfect. Highly recommend her services!

Dani was excellent! Very professional and gave some good recommendations on what to do with my hair to keep it from breaking and staying healthy. It was a long appt but she made my stay very comfortable and relaxing. It was a joy to get to know Dani the owner of this business and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional hairstylist who comes with more than her skill set, just a genuine great person to be around. I'm really a bad one to ask as I've gone to Suzanne Vitello for so many years I don't remember when I started. I followed her from Salem to Derry and she does the same excellent job every time and always with a smile on her face!
