Ken & Emily was amazing. We booked a Facial & Scalp Treatment and our experiences was so good. My husband first time ever getting a facial & scalp massage and he loved it (by Emily ). Ken did an amazing job on my scalp , the facial also felt amazing. They also blow dry & style your hair after so that was a big plus. Thank you so much !

Overall I had a wonderful experience with Hailey! She gave a wonderful massage, multiple thorough washes, and my hair looked great after the blow out! This was my 1st time at the Santa Clara location and liked that there are lots of food options in the area. The only feedback is my back (bra) ended up all wet after the wash, otherwise would give it a 5/5!

Amazing experience all around! I think this has to be my favorite head spa places I have been to. I had done the 90 minute Velvet Signature. I got a fantastic massage, my scalp feels amazing, and my hair is so smooth and shiny. Benny was the one who took care of me and he was awesome, he truly had magic hands! I did the couple velvet signature with my husband. We came on a Friday night at 5 pm and were welcomed with an analysis of our scalp. They gave some good advice on how to improve your scalp so that was nice. They started with a massage, then did a facial massage and the scalp routine. I felt like they took their time with it because we were there for quite some time. And they ended it with blow drying our hair and he actually styled it which was nice. I would def come back!

Very relaxing experience at Velvet head spa! You start off with a scalp consultation and they give you tips on how to better care for your hair. Then i got a facial and hair treatment. it was so peaceful and relaxing. They finish with a blow dry. The spa itself was very clean and smelt soooo nice! Will definitely be coming back!
