Great Salon- Hidden Gem! This place is truly a great find. When I made my appointment they were super busy that day; however, they did everything they could to make their customers feel welcome. They offered us water and delicious coffee, and found seats when the lobby began to fill up. They regularly checked-in with us and treated each customer, regardless of ethnicity, with a genuine friendliness and eagerness. The prices are reasonable. They also did a fantastic job on my long mixed hair. This place is a great hidden gem!

I love this salon! High rate costumer service!! They provide drinks, coffee, etc. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and they really cater to your needs. The lady that was servicing me walked me through every step she was taking with my hair, which is very important for me to know as a black woman with thick ethic curly hair. I would definitely recommend this as your "Blow out spot". My hair was straight for about a month with the proper maintenance technique. 10/10.

Excellent customer service , attentiveness, and quality. I arrived at 10:04 and was ready by 11:50 - which is a pretty quick turn around time. Andrea rinsed my hair (as I washed it at home and left a conditioning product on), did my rollers and blow dried my hair. I recently visited Concept Dominican Hair Salon for a Dominican blowout, and I must say it was an incredible experience, just like the first time! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is super friendly and professional. They really know how to make you feel pampered. The blowout left my hair feeling smooth, shiny, and beautifully bouncy! I loved how they took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. Plus, the salon is stylish and well-maintained, which adds to the overall experience.

My first time visiting this salon and it won’t be my last. Wendy was really nice and professional and I loveeee the way she did my hair! The color and cut came out exactly how I wanted, muy bonita! The prices are good too in my opinion. They also offered coffee which was a nice touch.

SO happy I found this hair salon. As a native New Yorker it’s been extremely hard to find a Dominican salon here in South Florida that delivers. I made an appointment. They were ready on time when I arrived. The receptionist offered me coffee or tea which was a really nice & pleasant surprise. I was in & out in about an hour & 15mins. The salon was clean & tidy. All of the girls were sweet. Just overall a great experience. They will forever have my business !

I enjoyed my experience this morning at this salon. I usually go to Dominican hair salon because they are renowned for quality hair services. This one was particularly nice to me because I did not feel rushed, nor have I gotten burned during my Silk press session. I was also warmly welcomed with a cup of coffee.
