Kaitlyn always does a great job with my hair. She is very talented and patient. I appreciate her attention to detail and friendly conversation. They play great music at this salon. This is the only place I go for haircuts and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service.

My visits here have been no less than amazing! Not only do I leave with my hair feeling happier and healthier, but I also feel like I learn a lot about how to take care of my hair outside of the tea spa. I recently just had my 1st experience at this amazing scalp salon with Kristian. From reception to leaving the entire staff was amazing. They fit me into their schedule same day booking. I got the very last appointment of the evening! I am from Florida, in town for a medical conference. Their Insta came across my feed, this absolutely serene spa reel. It caught my attention right away and I knew I had to go try it out. The experience surpassed all expectation. Kristian was an angel with magic fingers. She even stayed a little later to upgrade my service. 5 🌟. I’m so happy I tried them out.

I really enjoyed this treatment! A few things I would recommend that I will be doing the next time I go in. 1.) The mechanical massage that happens in the pod is nice, however I would consider opting out of having it on during so that you can really focus on and enjoy the hair treatment. The massage felt abrupt and distracting oftentimes but i’m glad I experienced it once. 2.) being comfy socks or slippers with you! 3.) wear a tank top or tube top so you tech will have an easier time massaging you shoulders and neck. 4.) don’t wear jewelry for a fully comfy experience. — all in all i loved it!

Look I'm a simple man, and I do my best to take care of myself when I can. I invest great time in finding the best places to eat, workout, purchase clothing, etc. My choice in a hairdresser is no different. Kaitlyn my girl---thank you. Every single time I walk into the shop I'm greeted with a warm salutation by Kaitlyn. Quite heartwarming. Kaitlyn is an artist. extremely talented. Kaitlyn does not fuck around... razor fade is ON POINT. Great time, care, and craftsmanship is focused laserlik! LISTEN---The moment I walked out of the salon I was accosted by a woman. "Um wow..." she said.

Dana was super awesome. Normally I get self conscious, embarrassed or a judgement feeling when discussing my hair issues. She didn’t make me feel any insecurities when talking, I felt knowledgeable about my new hair care routine. She reassured me that I need to give myself more credit bc my hair wasn’t as bad as I made it sound. :) I would’ve given this a 5 star but the receptionists who checked me out at the end made me feel uncomfortable. I tip discreetly bc of personal reasons. She asked “what about tip” AFTER paying, I felt like the amount I spent on my appointment wasn’t appreciated.

My first time here and they have $10 off for first time guests. Wendy did my scalp analysis and scalp massage and it was great. Compared to Soulo hair spa, they have more amenities such as a massage chair for a full body massage, Japanese heated eye mask, and they style your hair in the end with a blowout. They use all milbon products also. Will be back for sure! Thank you! Entrance

Kaitlyn was amazing ! She gave me such an amazing experience today. I was new to getting my hair done at great clips and never a salon so a whole new experience for me. She was very friendly and gave me such a good cut! I even went ahead and added an eyebrow waxing from Jessica too because the haircut looked good, I needed the eyebrows to match ! Thanks girls ! I’ll be going back later today for a facial!

Stylist was friendly and I received a great haircut and service. Head massage was wonderful. Salon seemed cluttered and full of peoples stuff. Other than than it was good.
