On a very stressful day for me recently my appointment at Trends was the light at the end of the tunnel. Excellent friendly and professional service, always so welcoming. Fantastic that they are outside the very busy Hub in Hornby, much easier to access and parking on site. Highly recommend a visit over the Xmas break to treat yourself :-)

I used to go to a different salon where they did my eyebrows. It was so painful that I completely stopped gowing for 3 yrs and would just use a razor to do my own. But after my mum recommend me going here I'm so happy I found this place. I came here for a haircut and that was amazing and now I find this amazing too! It wasn't painful and my eyebrows look amazing. They were so polite and friendly and ensuring I was comfortable. I got both wax and threading method done and I'll definitely be coming back this place is amazing 👏

I was referred to Hornby branch due to cancellation at city central branch (with no communication). So I went to Hornby but very annoyed with the service from city central. Upon aririval The manager was amazing. Great service and exceeded my expectations. She went above and beyond and will recommend to anyone!!

Every time Jacky cuts my hair, I leave the salon feeling really special. Everyone in the salon is super- friendly, and the hair cuts are so good.

Absolutely top class. They all are very caring, will get you water, take your jacket, polite, very well mannered, and fun too. They actually are an 8 stars Hair Salon. And they do not over charge like a large majority of salons. Zaga Hair lounge is brilliant, plenty of parking, and great fresh veges, in that same area. Edison always asks how my partner is, and so does Jacky and the other stylists. They’ve just added booking on line, so that makes it even better. I’m very happy with my haircut. Thanks Jacky
