I can't fault the friendliness of this salon - hair side as I haven't experienced the beauty side - Always listening, advising and producing fabulous hair styles - not just one person but you hear other stylists chatting with their clients too. My stylist, Cheryl, is just fabulous! Thank you for everything you do. x

I’m new to the area and I’m really lucky to find this salon so close by. It had lovely atmosphere as soon as I walked in. They listened to exactly what I wanted, were super friendly and they asked me how I wanted it styled too ie curly, straight, wavy etc (unlike so many hairdressers who just crack on with whatever blow dry they feel like on the day). My hair looked great and the prices were reasonable too - I’ll definitely be returning!

Today I had my hair cut @ Hair By Charlotte and I love it. It was a very relaxing experience and a lovely salon.

Was really nervous as have had the same hairdresser for many years but unfortunately it hasclosed . Thought I would build up the courage and try beyond the fringe. The staff are so friendly and polite and very welcoming. Sarah was the name of my stylist and right from the start I knew I would like her. She did an amazing job and I was so happy with the cut and style of my hair. Will be visiting the salon every six weeks and will look forward to it. Big thank you.

I have curly hair and it can be hard to find a good hairdresser. Charlotte is amazing. She is open to exploring different types of cuts and colours. She listens while being open to giving her advice. Charlotte is also very attentive and I love her new salon.
