I was so nervous going to a new salon after many bad experiences in the past. I was recommended hair by zara by a friend and they did not disappoint. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted and it turned out exactly what I wanted. Lovley girls and gorgeous salon, would recommend to anyone!

Connor did a marvellous cut and colour of my hair yesterday- as he always does. The salon is always clean and tidy. The only reason I may need to leave Beyond the Fringe this year is I'm disabled and need a grab handles to I'm disabled and sorry about

Lydia was just exceptional! I’ve never had my hair done in a salon before and the entire experience was just incredible. She made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions even the silly ones! I am ASTOUNDED with the result I’ve left the salon with and I honestly couldn’t be happier! Thankyou!! ❤️

On behalf of my nana who’s been to several hair dressers and never received the finished look she asked for. Today she’s walked out of the salon the happiest she’s ever been with her hair in over 50 years. By far the best hair dresser in York! Thanks for making me nana feel beautiful Tasha

Amanda is amazing and always makes my hair look perfect. She listens to my wishes and advises well. The salon is lovely, very clean and the staff are friendly. Prices are good. Highly recommend as I am always happy everytime I leave. 😊

My usual hairdresser closed her salon so l had to look for another. l looked at the 5 star reviews for COA and booked an appointment. Amanda cut my hair lovely and l have been back a few times, all with Amanda. Amanda is brilliant and l would definitely recommend.

Connor is an incredible hair dresser, stylist and colour expert. Myself and my daughter come to the salon. Connor is so good with my daughter, he focuses on her, listens to her and advises her on style and soon to be colour! He's a definite credit to the team!
