An amazing experience with Amelia. She gave advice when asked for it and used amazing products on my hair that I ended up purchasing from the salon. I am so pleased with the results of my hair cut and Amelia was kind enough to style my hair after.

As always, a fabulous service from the Fresh Team, especially Izzie. Great customer service, chilled environment with every staff member friendly and professional. I always look forward to my hair appointments - proper pampering Izzie knows my colour, styling and always curls my hair without having to ask or look it up. It's these little touches that make this salon stand out from others I've been to. Can't recommend this salon enough

Rosie was amazing today! I went in with the remains of a migraine, worried I wouldn’t do well in the salon however Rosie took such good care of me making me feel so relaxed and comfortable that I left feeling so much better. Yet another lovely Beauty treatment with Alix.. Alix is so thoughtful and always takes time to explain and talk thru each treatment before hand...which really puts you at ease . Would also like to say how welcoming the whole staff are each time I visit. Really happy with Rosie looking after my hair.....did a great job with my full head of highlights and,looking forward to my appointment tomorrow . All in all a great Salon for both Beauty and Hair treatments. ... Deserves much more than 5 Stars Sharon X

Rosie was lovely and the haircut was great. The pedicure felt a bit strange as it was just a chair put between the two treatment tables, with a plastic tub and a kneeling chair used as makeshift pedicure chair/table. The pedicure was nice but fairly basic, so considering the service and the experience, it didn't quite feel like value for money for me. I probably won't be back for a pedicure, but I recommend the hair services.

I was here the second time and wanted to change my hair from a long length into a long bob. Charlotte just found the perfect cut for me and styled my hair beautifully. I’m so happy how it looks. Thx Xxx

It was my first time at this salon, after many years of not getting my hair cut, I wanted something a bit different and trusted her expertise and I really love my hair, it was a relaxed atmosphere and I thought Sarah was so lovely, I am looking foreword to going back much more regularly. I highly recommend Prestige!

My hair was done by Rosie, the best hair stylist i’ve ever had! She is always accommodating to whatever i need and always hits the nail on the head with the hair colours I ask for, even if it changes every appointment.

Absolutely fantastic! Charlotte did such a great job! I have really flat Asian hair and she cut and blow dried them and give them so much volume and texture. I found my hairdresser now and will definitely book her again.
