My goodness, Lottie is an absolute genius with hair! You can see that she’s been trained by the best and has true talent from the moment you sit in the salon chair. Wow! I love that she takes time to make sure everything is just right- it really makes the customer feel valued and like she actually cares how you look. I was so refreshed, I walked out of the salon having forgotten to give her a tip (so sorry, I’ve made a note for next time)! Lottie is so amazing I just want to keep her as a hidden gem but I feel morally obliged to tell anyone who asks how great she is! Keep up the great work!

My first visit to a salon in over 2 years and I was made to feel very welcome. It’s a spacious, modern salon with plenty of room for social distancing and covid-safe procedures were observed. Sam was warm and friendly, and gave me a lovely wash, cut and blow dry. Totally sorted out my lockdown DIY haircut! Booking online is really convenient and availability was good. Although the salon is tucked away off the main street of Truro it was easy to find and car parking is directly opposite. Thanks, I will be returning.

Had a express t section, it has really brightened up my hair, fantastic to have this service for in between full head of highlights, I love this salon as I always feel relaxed and happy with the service, thank you and see you again soon 😊

Always lovely to be here, Mondays are quieter in the salon and a lot more chilled. Just a cut & blow dry with Laura today but already booked in for colour again in 3 weeks. My treat to myself this year is to get my hair done more often and I consider Laura a friend, not just my hairdresser.
