From entering the door into the salon, I was greeted and taken care of. Hot drinks and cold drinks offered frequently, and gorgeous biscuits. Hot towels given throughout the washing process. Great attention and acitive listening while having hair consultation. Atmosphere relaxed with varied music played. A thoroughly enjoyable relaxed experience. All staff members appeared happy and very helpful. A great selection of varied reading material. Also a computer work space if required. Toilets all clean and soap and hand wash available.Individual hand towels for drying. Fizz also offered

Great as always. Ritchie always fun and attentive and professional and the salon is relaxed and a nice place to be. My hair is always in need of a bit of TLC when I arrive and I leave with a smile on my face 😊

I had a bit of an issue with hair colouring due to an old hair dresser. Sophie helped me colour match to my original hair and help fix the issue. I ended up with a redish colour which she said may happen. I ended up loving it. Will definitely be back here in the future.

My 2nd visit and perfect again! They make me feel relaxed and welcome. Nathan talked me through what he’ was doing and why and advised the best way to take care of my hair. Skillfully cut and coloured. Nothing too much trouble. 100% recommend

Haven’t been to a hairdressers salon in a long time! Had the same hairstyle for years but wanted a change but not sure what. Had shoulder length hair and have changed to a choppy, inverted bob. My stylist was Lianna and she was lovely. Talked me through some styles, patiently looked at my photos, worked her magic and created a hairstyle that I absolutely love. Would 100% recommend, made me feel welcome and staff really friendly. Thank you ☺️

As ever an outstanding colour and cut from Charlotte! She is the best hairdresser for miles around. Over 10 years Charlotte has been my hairdresser and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would highly recommend her services!

Charlotte impresses me by the time she takes to try and make sure you go out feeling happy with your haircut. Hairdressing cannot always a perfect art as i hair can be a pain sometimes but Charlotte does her best to make sure it is.

First visit to this salon and so pleased I chose it. Lovely, welcoming salon, clients are treated with great care and attention. Most importantly, Nathan is a real expert with precision cutting and in creating natural looking colours that leaves your hair feeling great. A brilliant experience from start to finish.

Justyna was fabulous. She gave me a great head massage when washing my hair. The cut was perfect, I left the salon with a spring in my step. I will be back :-D
