Fantastic thank you Louisa and Daisy. We absolutely loved our spa morning. It was so relaxing. Every part of the morning was perfection. The steam room was spotlessly clean, as was the sauna. They were both set at perfect temperatures. The relaxation room was wonderful, to the smallest detail. There were so many choices of seating to relax in; we both loved the massage couches and I enjoyed sitting in the egg swing chair. The lighting, lights, diffusers and music were all tasteful and helped us to have a chilled out session. Louisa and Daisy were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble.

Amazing experience from Britney. I really would not trust anyone else. She is so good, and really listens to what her client is asking for and offers good advice to achieve the desired results. Britney is very talented and I always get complimented after I have had my hair done. My daughter recently had her hair done by Britney and it looked so natural afterwards with perfect blending of colours.

I came in for my bridal hair and make up trial. I was asked how I wanted to look and showed some photos and the ladies did amazing! I could make changes as I wanted and even though I changed my lashes to some that I felt suited me more, this was totally okay. I didn't feel rushed and left with exactly what I had in mind. What a beautiful salon, with a lovely, serene atmosphere. Sarah performed an absolute miracle on my unruly curls! My first curly girl cut and I will definitely stick with this. Sarah took her time and explained the process really well. Thank you for being so lovely, Sarah. If you struggle with your curly hair, I would without hesitation recommend Sarah from Studio 21.

Just been to the Salon and had a derabration facial, back scrub and a hot stone massage... Absolutely brilliant. Louisa and Daisy made me feel not only comfortable but special too. Can't wait to go back again. Amazing service. Thanks ❤️

Happy with my hair, happy with price, nice lady, often I am sat around waiting (at other salons) but not here.

I visited La Beauty and Spa on Saturday for a hot stone back massage. As always was met with a warm welcome into a lovely warm salon on a horrible windy heavy raining day. Leonie carried out my massage was very professional, very experienced. Asked me how i would like my massage. Talked me through different options taking into account an existing shoulder problem. Came out feeling much more relaxed. Whilst there i visited the little shop within the salon . Louisa stocks all her own products but sells other people's products too, lots made in Sheffield by local craftspeople. Highly recommend

Brittany is absolutely great, my daughter loves having her hair done by her. Just a shame that the salon is in need an updating and decor needs sorting. The salon is lucky that Brittany is there as the salon needs some TLC and not much else going for it!

Best salon I've ever bin to I will always continue going her for my hair and eyebrows made really good friends with them one friend who I feel like I none all my life and I feel so comfortable talking to Kate and makes me feel so welcome

First time since changed from Design One to Chaplins Brittany really friendly, felt at ease straight away. Not had my hair cut in a while, gave good advice re different styles to suit my hair type. Definitely going back. Shame about the salon itself, looking really tired needs to be refurbished ASAP, may put people off going again.

Brilliant as usual, forget the big salons and go local, excellent cut and considerably cheaper.

From entering the salon we were made to feel very important. It was our day and both ladies were great. The hair and makeup was excellent and still looked as fresh over 14 hours later
