I really enjoy my visits to this salon. The staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. Clare is very knowledgeable and offers the best advice. I would highly recommend them

I have been a customer at Kelby Arno for 15 years. I would not go anywhere else. I went long during COVID and since then , I have been short blond Short grey and now a nice blond bob. Every one who steps through the door is made to feel special. Staff are very friendly and considerate. I get compliments all the time and asked who cuts my hair. It's Kelby, she great. She understands the way that my hair grows and if I ask for something that she doesn't think will work,she tells me straight. Great salon.x

My hair really needed cutting and went to salon and the new apprentice washed my hair she was very polite and gentle then got me a coffee which was very nice then kelby talked to to me about how I wanted my haircut I’m very pleased with the result thank you again Kelby.

This was my first time at Clare's Salon and she cut my hair so wonderfully the care and the attention to detail was great, highly recommend!

Apprentice wasn't in for personal reasons. This meant stylist was washing cutting blowing making tea taking coats and also payments. On one of the busiest work days for them they were only 15 minutes late for my appointment. I have been a regular customer here for 15 years. They are a lovely lot who look after their customers wonderfully. They know everyone by first name and give all the older clients a little bit of special attention. Kelby my stylist does a great job on my hair. I get complimented all the time and asked where I get my hair done. I highly recommend this salon.x

Been going to Kelby for some years. I trust her with my hair a million percent. She does what's best for me and my hair and it always looks amazing. The atmosphere in the salon is so friendly and welcoming. They make an effort to know all there clients on a personal level and show a genuine interest. Kelbys skills are 2nd to non. Wether it be just a quick blow dry, or a total restyle and colour change you just know your gonna get the style that looks a million dollars. Thank you Kelby and family xx

I was very happy on my first appointment at Clare Elizabeth’s. The salon was clean and nicely set out and reception staff welcoming and friendly. Clare Elizabeth discussed what I wanted for my hair and gave me some useful advice on managing my hair and products to use. I was delighted with the end result and will come back in 6-8 weeks depending on hair growth. Thank you.

Great Hairdresser, been with Claire for along time, moved with her when she opened her own salon, as a retired hairdresser I can thoroughly recommend her I look forward to my appointments.
