Rachel always does a great job making my hair look presentable so I'm proud of it when I leave the salon. She also listens to what I want - a rare thing - and does it to the best of her ability.

My daughters won't go anywhere else! They have their hair only done with Sophie. They love their hair wash chats with Jess and their chat and their hair cut and styled by "their Sophie" She's so patient and treats them so lovely. Its not just a client to Sophie its a relationship and I love that.

Walked in when text was sent , ready for me. The salon was well and truly COVID-19 protected, I felt very safe, as with Rachel wearing her PPE and myself a mask. As always, my hair was done to perfection. BRILLIANT

What more can you ask for a good chat, great advice, trusting your hairdresser with more than just your hair! Trusting Sophie to decide what to do with my hair and the way I look after a rubbish time personally at the moment.... I wouldn't trust anyone else. Also the best biscuits in town!! Xx

Sophie completed a balayage on my 16yr olds hair today, with a toner, cut and blow dry too. This is her 4th appointment with Sophie & every time it’s great! Sophie really takes the time to talk ideas through so that expectations are realistic as well as checking things with me! My daughter loves going there as she’s treated respectfully and carefully by Sophie and is always thrilled with the end results. I can’t recommend Sophie enough for her skills as a stylist but also her people skills as she helps guide my 16yr old into attending such appointments independently.

I've been coming to Hannah for a few years now. Hannah can really visualise what I'm looking for when it comes to balayaging my hair and choosing the correct colours for my (red) hair. Hannah's place of work feels very warm & welcoming, easy to find, lots of & free parking. Thank you as always Hannah

Hannah is friendly and welcoming and I always enjoy having my hair coloured with her. She is amazing at what she does and I would highly recommend, especially for colouring services. Would not go to anyone else to get my balayage done!
