Such an accommodating and inclusive salon to those who are neurodivergent or have sensory issues when it comes to all that comes with a hair appointment. They had such patience with me throughout certain parts of the appointment that were overwhelming. I usually go to Stacy but they didn’t work on the day of my appointment. So, I went to a Gen. I was apprehensive to go to someone other than Stacy due to her knowing me. However, Gen made me feel so comfortable and made sure I felt okay throughout the whole appointment. In love with the results. Thanks for making me feel so comfortable x

Spent a very relaxing afternoon with Emma getting my hair colour and condition sorted. Extremely knowledgeable of her products and what was needed to get my hair back into great condition. All the girls in the salon are very friendly and professional and plenty of laughter included 😀 Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you Emma for a great service and look forward to my next appointment 💞

I had a Fabriq treatment on my hair and I cannot recommend it highly enough. This is the second time I’ve had it done and it tames my frizz brilliantly and lasts for ages. Add to that the care from Emma, Amy & Gen and it elevates it even further 😊

Such a lovely appointment today with Genevieve, on my first visit to this salon. I knew I needed a change of style, but didn't really have a clue about what to change it to!
