Very welcoming friendly staff made me feel at ease straightaway considering it was my very first visit to this salon. Kirstie totally transformed my hair from a dull brassy blonde to a beautiful more natural look, using carefully placed lowlights and subtle highlights. Totally recommend this salon!

I absolutely cannot fault the team at Raffi’s the warmth of welcome as soon as you walk through their door, the friendliness the hospitality and professionalism they pride themselves on it’s such a pleasure for me to go and relax with a lovely cup of coffee and leave my hair in their hands never once have I left there unhappy with service, thank you team and thank you Ash for bringing us lucky lit your salon xx❤️

Love the friendly vibe here - all of the team are so nice and have a great working relationship with each other which makes it really open and lovely! It’s the first haircut I’ve had where I didn’t feel like I was in an allotted time slot or getting rushed at the end! Kirsty took her time to make sure my hair was exactly how I wanted it and she wouldn’t settle for anything less than perfect.
