Tottie is amazing at what she does. My daughter has autism and usually struggles to open up around people she doesn't know but Tottie couldn't have been more fantastic with making her feel at ease and took her time to listen to what my daughter wanted. Definitely the most welcoming and inclusive salon in Lincoln. All the other staff are fabulous too from Shannon who does a beautiful job with my hair, through to the piercer Georgia and tattooist Dave

Always leave the salon with beautiful hair! This time I took the plunge and tried a balayage, and Tottie was fab. The result is very nice and I've had many compliments. Looking forward to my next appointment! x

Tottie is amazing at what she does, super friendly and welcoming and helped my extremely shy daughter feel relaxed and at ease during her hair appointment and the end result has boosted her confidence so much. Definitely recommend for cuts, colours and any hair dressing needs

I went for the first time yesterday to get my hair coloured and had a fabulous experience. Vicki is so nice and very easy to talk to. She is very experienced and professional and she makes the perfect cup of tea. I will definitely be her regular client from now on.

I was recommended Vicki by one of my friends after constant let downs from my old hairdresser. After only talking to her for a matter of minutes I just knew she knew what she was talking about and that I could trust her with how I wanted my hair to look. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she was very thorough with the process from start to finish and the end result was exactly what I wanted. 10/10 x

Tottie is so friendly! The salon is welcoming. She takes all my hair ideas and just runs with them! She is so good with my 2 year old boy as well and cuts his hair so well.

As soon as I walked into the salon, I knew it was going to be a friendly place. The decor inside was lovely and myself and my son felt immediately at ease. Tottie was so kind and did a great job on my hair with no brief from me as I wanted her to do what she thought would look good. She was so patient with my young son, too!

Seriously the challenge my hair thickness length and overall coarseness presents, most struggle with it. But Totty did an amazing job, spent time and so much patience and just absolutely loved my time at The Collective it was a real joy having my hair done for once.
