Second time iv had my hair done by Grace. First time one of the best cut and blow dries iv ever had. I returned today and she did a balyage & did such a beautiful job. She took so much care & attention to get everything just right. You’d never know she was still training — she was confident, professional, & made me feel completely relaxed. On top of that, she is lovely to chat with — friendly, funny, polite, a cracking genuine person & genuinely passionate about her work. I left feeling fantastic! She’s definitely got a bright future ahead of her. 💇‍♀️✨ Prestige salon are lucky to have her.

First time back in a salon for 20 years and I was very nervous trusting someone different with my hair. Emma was pleasant, calm and confident with what she was doing. My hair is so much better than I could have imagined. Both the colour and cut are perfect. She even threw in a glorious head massage. Heaven!

Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Absolutely love this salon! I always felt anxious about going to the hairdresses but its such a warm welcoming atmosphere. Izzy is amazing always knows what to do and works her magic everytime. She's so kind amd funny and makes the whole experience amazing. I couldn't recommend this place more !!

Having never visited this salon before I was a little nervous. Especially as I’m not a fan of visiting the hair dressers due to feeling judged before at another salon. I had nothing to worry about. The whole team made me feel at ease. I had booked in for a restyle and went from having long hair to a bob. The stylist was lovely and chatty and asked me loads of questions to establish what I really wanted. I could not be happier with the finished do and I feel like a whole new woman. Thank you!

As always Izzy made a fabulous job of my hair. I had a balage refresh and the colours and cut are perfect. I love it!!!
