Cut and colour by Ellie always top quality. However I need to mention this time, the lack of cleanliness on the female side of the salon. Nothing to do with Ellie. I did mention to her. Noticeable hairs, lots of them on the chairs, wrapped round the feet of the chairs, on the mirrors, footplates and skirting under the mirrors. Was really unpleasant to see. I've read that Lancaster City Council intend to inspect barbers and hairdressers. They put a post on Facebook to say this and said all chairs etc should be cleaned hygienically after each customer. The whole place is a bit shabby 😒

Absolutely love this salon! I always felt anxious about going to the hairdresses but its such a warm welcoming atmosphere. Izzy is amazing always knows what to do and works her magic everytime. She's so kind amd funny and makes the whole experience amazing. I couldn't recommend this place more !!

Having never visited this salon before I was a little nervous. Especially as I’m not a fan of visiting the hair dressers due to feeling judged before at another salon. I had nothing to worry about. The whole team made me feel at ease. I had booked in for a restyle and went from having long hair to a bob. The stylist was lovely and chatty and asked me loads of questions to establish what I really wanted. I could not be happier with the finished do and I feel like a whole new woman. Thank you!

As always Izzy made a fabulous job of my hair. I had a balage refresh and the colours and cut are perfect. I love it!!! Really good experience, only recently moved to the area and was nervous to change salons as had a really good hairdresser at my previous location. Sam understood my requirements perfectly and did a fantastic job getting my hair exactly how I like it, delighted to have found a new venue I can get my hair cut regularly and at a great price.
