I had a fab consultation to address issues with a home colour disaster and an awful haircut at another salon. Im so impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism of my stylist. She was very thorough and managed my expectations for my hair journey back to its former colour and condition. I had a chelating treatment in readiness for my first round of colour correcting followed by a hair trim to trim to put some style back in my barnet. I learned some new blow drying techniques and was given advice on replacing my brushes. Can not wait for first appointment.

Maya was so knowledgable and completely created my ideal hair. She was able to give me a colour that looks so natural and lived in and was able to help me understand the maintenance that I'll need to do. The service in the shop was amazing and I've come out feeling amazing with my hair looking great. The integrity of my hair was preserved and it still feels so strong and healthy. A lovely salon - I'll be going back.

I’ve been having my hair coloured at the Watt for 9 years, I wouldn’t go anywhere else because I trust Jaymz implicitly. He always listens & gives brilliant advice, my hair always looks amazing when he’s finished! I couldn’t recommend the Watt more, it’s the best hair salon I’ve ever been to!

I got my hair coloured today by @jaymz.marsters and I am blown away! I had a vision of green calico colour and he absolutely nailed it, better than I could have imagined! The service provided is absolutely phenomenal and all the staff are so lovely and friendly, worth every penny. Will definitely be returning :)

I had another fantastic haircut and colour appointment today with Jaymz, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Jaymz has extensive knowledge and always listens to any concerns I may have about my hair. He is open to discussing different hairstyle and colour ideas, ensuring he makes no assumptions about my preferences, even though 1've been a long-time client. Our conversations are always reassuring. Today, I left the salon feeling delighted, as always. Thank you so much, Jaymz and the Watt Team! I even had three ladies compliment me on my hair colour today! :)

Had my hair done by Cameron today & I love it. He had a difficult job trying to correct a bad hair colour from another salon & he smashed it. He was thorough and knew exactly what to do & the results wow, 100% recommend. Well done 👏🏻

Lucy, was wonderful, She was so friendly and professional. I wanted to bring my brunette hair back after having a lighter balayage. She succeeded on taking my hair back to the brunette and the chocolate highlights that i love. The salon was relaxing and easily accessible. She had fantastic knowledge on product and even educated me on shampooing twice. The entire staff is friendly and everyone is so helpful to each other. Lots of laughs which is always a great vibe for a salon. Five Stars would highly recommend.
