First time visit, lovely salon. Bethanie is lovely and is a great hairdresser. She has cut my hair a couple of times at her previous salon so it was natural for me to come to The Hair Gallery as I’m always pleased with how Bethanie cuts my hair.

Brilliant. Elaine highlighted my hair plus a cut and blow dry. My hair is very fine indeed and she made a first rate job of it. Earlier in 2023 a private hairdresser bleached my hair to a pale shade of orange; it was horrendous and I lost all confidence in letting anyone near my hair. However, Elaine has years of experience and knew precisely what to do. I felt 100% confident in her abilities and she lived up to my expectations. All the staff are very well trained and I would recommend this salon to anyone.

It was my second time today and the salon and I will be a regular. The girls are amazing, so friendly and professional, I felt well looked after, my hair isn't the easiest to treat and they've done an amazing job. From booking to payment it's a fantastic experience. Massive thank you to Libby at The Hair Gallery in Waltham today. For beautifully taming my unruly mane 🦁 Taking me from a very warm faded auburn to creamy blonde with a smudged root for low maintenance up keep! She absolutely nailed it! 🙌🏻 Practically identical to the inspiration photos I showed and my hair feels so so good! This feels a very friendly , well organised salon with super staff. Beth has just cut and blow dried my hair just how I want, I love that she kept checking with me to make sure I was happy, and further more she has taken the time to talk through my choices for my next colour appointment , I am pleased to say that she is very honest with what she can do for me colour wise, super lady, super salon

The salon has a lovely atmosphere. Very friendly and warm. Beth listened carefully to exactly what I wanted in terms of style and length and offered her advice regarding styling etc. She checked that I was happy with the end result, which I was. I have just booked my next three appointments with Beth at The Hair Gallery, such is my confidence in Beth and the salon .
