The lovely apprentice who cut my hair was extremely precise and confident. She was so easy to talk to, very friendly and I left very happy with my cut, blowdry and style. It was lovely to meet Carla too who was also very lovely and friendly. This was my first time in the salon and I have already booked to come back. Thank you!

I am really pleased with the haircut I received from Carla. She helped me figure out the right length for my layers, and my hair feels lighter and great. It is very clear she is very experienced in what she does. Would highly recommend her and her salon.

Wren is a credit to you. She’s a great therapist. Did a fab job. However I feel the room she is in is very small and cluttered. Not the relaxing experience expected from paying £80 for 2 treatments. The room needs cleaning, organising and made to look like a professional salon to warrant the price. This should not reflect on wren at all because she does well with what she has. I’m not sure about the very old, bleach stained towels that were thread bare. Maybe purchase some nice fluffy ones? they really didn’t look very good. As I said Wren is lovely. The rest of the hair salon is really lovely

Went to the salon today and had Nic cut my hair. What a lovely experience it was. I don’t like having my hair cut but she made me feel very relaxed and at ease. She cut and blow dryed my hair and I am extremely pleased with it

Carla was very welcoming and professional. My bouncy blowdry was very subtle when I left the salon and, unfortunately, an hour later was sadly just a blowdry. This was, however, the first time Carla had met me and my hair can be challenging. The salon is well thought out and the ice-cold water was well received on a very hot day.

Was an amazing job of highlights done on my hair & toner. However I came into the salon a week before hand & was quoted 70£ for the highlights & toner etc. Then I used the online service to put in my credit card & book it all up with a junior stylist for £70 & wasn't informed whilst having my hair done until I came to pay it cost me £100. Was on a budget & very disappointed & slightly embarrassed that I wasn't informed before hand.

Such a lovely salon, really friendly. I recently moved house & hadn’t made it to a hairdressers in months. Laura was just wonderful, asked all the right questions about what hairstyle I wanted and cut my hair beautifully. I came out with a wonderful flattering haircut that made me feel like a million dollars.
