5 * can't fault the customer service. Salon is very friendly staff are lovely. Phil as always is fabulous. I chop and change my hair style so much, think he is used to me by now. If Phil cuts your hair, book all your appointments, otherwise you will be disappointed.

I've been seeing Sam for a while now and I’m genuinely pleased every single time I leave the salon. I usually come in with an idea of what I’d like my hair colour to be, and she always manages to bring it to life perfectly. She just gets it. Her attention to detail, skill, and creativity mean I always leave feeling confident and happy. Highly recommend!

Ashleigh did a wonderful job lightening my rather dark hair. She absolutely nailed the challenge of camouflaging my early greys. After years of dark box dye I was nervous to go lighter but trusted the team at The Hair Lounge to help me achieve my vision whilst keeping my hair in as good a condition as possible. I left the salon with a big smile on my face, much lighter hair and a tone which suited my hair. I can’t thank Ashleigh enough (and Phil for his advice too)! Rosie completed the look with some gorgeous curls. Thank you team Hair Lounge!

This was my first time at the new salon and my second sitting going from box black to blonde. I managed to get an appointment with Holly during the Christmas period which I was so happy with. Holly did a fantastic job of my hair and managed to get a lot of the brassy colours out, tidy up cut and a blow dry finished with wavy hair. I was impressed how Holly took her time and was extremely gentle with my hair, I nearly fell asleep it was that relaxing! Amazing professional service from Caroline today. I go to the salon every three weeks to have my hair cut by Phil. Being going since he started and class him as a friend now. He is professional patient and all done with a good laugh, he needs it with me as I change my mind like the weather 😁, he is so busy I book my appointments for the year. It takes time for that trust to build, when you get it wow, you get fab hair.

Fantastic experience! I went here for my first haircut in at least 5 years and was quite anxious, the team were lovely and really friendly making me feel really comfortable. The lady that washed my hair (sorry I’d didn’t catch her name) was fantastic and was extremely careful making sure water didn’t go in my ears after saying I have issues with this due to chronic ear infections. A beautiful haircut and the whole salon had suck a lovely feel to it. After 5 years of not having my hair done I am now heading back in January to get a it coloured. I would fully recommend!

Ashleigh was great with my daughter. She's 2, and I was worried how she would react to having her hair cut and sitting in the salon. Ashleigh worked around her sitting on my lap and moving her head constantly! She also has very fine hair and the cut looks great.
