Sarah was brilliant, my hair has been mistreated for years with home dyeing and straitening and was in really bad condition. I told Sarah I wanted the dead ends cut and it was a brilliant cut, cutting all the dead ends off but also trying to keep some length was a hard task but Sarah did a wonderful job. Thank you

Lovely massage and facilities. There are a few small touches that could be improved, I was given one thin towel for use at both the pool and for the shower afterwards. I expected a bathrobe and slippers given I was booked for a treatment or at least a second fresh towel to use for the shower. There was weirdly a bottle of hand wash provided in the shower and the hair/body wash was in the toilet. Also, there is no phone reception at all, it would have been good to be told this and given the WiFi code when checking in. A bit more attention to detail would have made it an excellent experience.

Hannah did an absolutely amazing job at cutting my hair. I had quite a few inches off and it now just feels so much thicker and healthier! She also corrected the cut of my fringe, which has made it so much easier to style. To top it all off, Hannah was really friendly and lovely to speak to! Look forward to seeing you again for another cut 😊

I've always had a great service from Hannah. Her communication is really good, she's very easy to chat with and makes you feel comfortable. She's got so much knowledge and experience in colouring, my hair always looks fabulous at the end. Highly recommend Hannah and bonus that she comes to the house!
