Dawn, Charlotte and the rest of the team at Affinity Hair Design are the reason I keep coming back! Such a wonderfully supportive team, always putting the customer first and having your best interests at heart. Even when busy, they don’t rush your salon experience. To say a stranger stopped me in the street yesterday to say how nice my hair was is a true credit to Charlotte! Also it made my day! Wonderful salon x

Another great appointment with Steph based at The Room, Berryfields. This salon has a lovely atmosphere and Steph is always very welcoming. Lots of thought and planning was put into my hair colouring as it hasn’t been coloured for many years. The result is fabulous, finished as always with a lovely cut. Thank you Staph x

Is my second visit to Lifestyle salons and I will always go there to have my hair done. I highly recommend Keira, she is talented, professional and very friendly. The place is lovely, clean and everyone is kind and friendly. 10 out of 10!!

Steph did a great job with my 3 year old daughter’s hair. She was quick and efficient, keeping her engaged and was finished before she had the chance to get bored. I wish I could take her there for every hair wash and avoid the usual battles as she loves sitting in the special hair wash chair.😂 We will definitely be returning and my daughter loves going for a proper salon experience.

I had my hair done by Scarlett, Junior Stylist, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She did a fantastic job with my colour – it’s exactly what I wanted and looks so fresh and vibrant. The cut was spot on, and she finished it off with a gorgeous blow dry that left my hair looking and feeling amazing. Scarlett was professional, friendly, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I left the salon feeling great – thank you, Scarlett! I’ll definitely be back.

This was our daughters 1st experience at a salon for a haircut so she was excited but quite nervous of what to expect. Steph was very friendly and welcoming and talked her through everything. Steph regularly checked with our daughter that she was happy with how her hair was and also with myself. Steph has done an amazing job and was very thorough with ensuring the best results. Our daughter and myself are thrilled with her haircut and will 100% be coming again.

There was some building work going on in the salon during my appointment ( which didn’t bother me in the slightest) but I got the impression that my comfort/salon experience mattered to the staff. Emma is a real credit to your team. I have always found her to be very professional, welcoming and does a great job on my hair to boot! I feel that she intuitively knows what will work with my curly hair and will make suggestions, i.e colour/toner. She does a great job curling it with the handle of a hairbrush! 😍 The overall customer service is consistently fantastic at the salon 🙌 Thankyou.

I always enjoy my hair appointments. I love the style of cut that Elissa has done for me. It's so easy to manage my curls now. All the staff are lovely, always helpful and chatty. I think it's a bright and friendly salon. I can highly recommend it.
