As always, Sam has done a fantastic job with my hair with great colour and highlights. Very relaxed salon which is not intimidating like some others. Charlotte and her team always make you feel extremely welcome whether you are a new or returning customer. And they really listen and give great advice. An absolute gem of a salon.

Sarah is absolutely lovely and made me feel comfortable and listened to. My hair looked great and I will definitely visit again. This was my first visit, but I think after living in the area for over 15 years and trying many different salons, I think I’ve finally found the one. Very happy.

Excellent salon! As a first time customer the experience was great from start to finish, friendly welcoming staff making you feel relaxed and as if you are amongst friends. Great conversation with the stylist about the desired outcome of the haircut and offered tips and suggestions. I will definitely be coming back regularly!

We love Charlotte Hayes salon. This was our first time with Sarah and she was awesome. My son has very curly hair and was a bit nervous to try someone knew and she was fabulous. Great cut and wonderful manner. Look forward to getting my hair done next.

All the ladies in the salon put me at ease when & gave good advice for my hair transformation. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a great, professional hair experience.

Apart from an amazing hair cut the atmosphere in the salon was great, relaxing but sociable, everyone was so lovely. My first visit but definitely not my last!

Charlotte has been cutting my hair for 10 years. I would not go to anyone else the whole experience is wonderful. I was very nervous when I meet Charlotte as I had, had some poor experiences in salons prior to finding her and she listened to my worries and has remembered that to this very day and has embedded that kindness and thoughtfulness it into her team. Would highly recommended.
