Booked in for a full head of highlights. Caprice was my stylist and oh my word . What can I say. She got more than she bargained for with my mass of Irish hair yet she did the most amazing consultation followed by the most magnificent head of highlights . The Sanctuary is exactly that: a hidden gem with precious pearl-like staff who will make you shine! I had a keratin treatment and cut with Sam and couldn’t be happier! The atmosphere downstairs in the hair salon is very homely and warm-hearted, I guess because the two hair stylists are best friends and their love and charisma spills over :) I had a great time, felt super relaxed and cared for - and will be back for sure. Genevieve has been doing my hair since I moved to Spain four years ago. Always a brilliant experience, she always gets exactly what I’m looking for and yesterday was no different, love how she has done my colour. The salon is lovely too, very buzzy and just a nice atmosphere. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

From the warm, welcoming atmosphere to the skilled staff, everything was perfect. Mel gave me an amazing facial — my skin felt refreshed and glowing. For my hair, Hannah and Sam did a fantastic cut and blow-dry, and Sam, a braiding specialist, also gave me a beautiful braid that I absolutely loved. Every service exceeded my expectations. The entire team is professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. Highly recommend !!!

Always a friendly welcome at the salon. I moved to Amy B after my previous hairdresser returned to Scotland.From the first visit Carole cut my hair just so!!! Prior to cutting Carole always does a check to see how much my hair needs reshaping and does an excellent job!!!
