Joanne did a great job! She was able to balance the box highlights I had unsuccessfully attempted. My hair looks great and is very healthy. She monitored the processing of the highlights closely and they turned out nicely. I felt that I could communicate with Joanne what I was hoping for and she was willing to figure it out with me. I would highly recommend. :)
