Wonderful experience with Yalda! I had a hair coloring and a trim, and the result was absolutely perfect. Yalda is attentive, gentle, highly professional, and truly talented. I booked with the lovely Danie! She was absolutely amazing. From her ability to achieve exactly what I wanted with my hair to being so nice and fun to chat with. I booked a balayage and she nailed it. She was so willing to listen in on any concerns and was thoughtful the entire process. I would absolutely recommend seeing her for any of your hair needs! The studio is also stunning, clean and offers drinks and snacks!! 10/10

I had such an amazing experience with Caroline! From the moment I sat in her chair, she was so friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable. I came in with orange hair that I wasn’t happy with, and she worked her magic to bring me back to my natural colour. it looks absolutely beautiful! You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes her time to make sure everything turns out perfectly. I left the salon feeling so confident and happy with my hair. I would 100% recommend Caroline to anyone looking for a stylist !!

I love Gloss Luxe & Co. The two stylists there are stunningly: talented, knowledgeable, professional, and fun, and up on all the latest trends. They are Desiree and Caroline. Desiree has been doing my hair for several years. I am never disappointed. They are both excellent at colour, styling, wash and blow dry. I highly recommend this salon in the east end in Orleans and I live in west Ottawa. I travel to visit this salon because it is so very worth it!!

I had the best experience at this hair salon! Desirée who cut my hair was so nice. As she doesn’t handle black people’s hair often, she talked me through what she was going to do and it turned out perfectly! Definitely recommend.

I was at Gloss Luxe & Co today Thursday, February 6 for hair colour, trim, wash and blow dry. Desiree performed my services. As always, for the last several years, they have all been perfect. I would highly recommend this salon of two excellent and talented hairdressers. They know the trends; recommend what they think and let the customer decide. You will not be disappointed here. Superbly talented, pleasant and wonderful. I love the place as I sit here with a glass of wine at home writing my comments.

I have curly hair and have had many terrible experiences in salons, which has lead to me cutting my own hair for years. I decided to see Caroline as she expressed her confidence in cutting curly hair, and she was very receptive to what I wanted. I cannot stress enough how comfortable and confident I felt in her chair! Caroline was so professional, but also so caring and compassionate while cutting my hair, and made sure I was always happy with each step. I highly recommend her to anyone who, like me, is hesitant to get their hair professionally cut. She is amazing at what she does!

I cannot say enough good things about Gloss Luxe & Co! I always leave the salon looking like a 10/10. Desiree knows exactly how to make your vision come true. She has done my hair from bright blonde balayage to honey bronde highlights and everything in between. You ask for a little off your ends and that’s exactly what she gives you, healthy ends but maintaining the length! Des and Caroline have incredible customer service, always served with some juicy chit chat. As a long term client of theirs, you can expect only the best, every single visit. Great work ladies!
