It would be hard to express my gratitude for Lisa. She has two great skills, one, to put you at ease and two, to deliver an amazing service. If anyone is unsure as to where they should get there treatments, the Contour Room is the answer.

I saw that someone had give a one star review, claiming terrible communication and even being untruthful about being on holiday. It did make me think twice about using the Contour Room, however, my experiences have been the very opposite of what was stated in the review. Amazing service, communication and care. I even got to see the photos proving Lisa was on holiday and had not lied. It can only make me wonder why someone would be so unkind as to leave such a review, and state something that was not true. Kindness and understanding are not a part of everyone’s makeup. They are a part of Lisa
