Rolfing is hard to come by, so I was excited to learn that Liam was practicing local to my new neighbourhood! My first session at Sequoia exceeded my expectations and I walked away feeling taller, more stable and comfortable in my body. If you haven’t experienced Rolfing before, I strongly recommend it! In my experience, nothing else compares (and I’ve tried a lot!).

Asked Liam to do a de-stress session when I had trouble falling asleep and had various issues other ways to treat insomnia. Was not sure whether rolfing would be helpful in this particular case. It exceeded my expectations - the next 6 weeks my sleep was great. Then the stress levels started to rise again, but my sleep was still better than before. Finally booked another de-stress session 3+ months later. It went wonderful, my sleep last night was fantastic, and I feel totally renewed on the next day. These sessions are terrific value for money and greatly improve my quality of life. Thanks!

I just had my 7th session of Ten Series with Liam. All sessions were good and helpful, although I did not review each one individually. But #7 was special in many ways. Normally I do not feel effects of Rolfing immediately during the session, they "kick in" in a day or two. But this time I was literally crying on massage table and shivering all over because so much tension was released from the top of my body, the areas around my chest, neck, head, jaws, ears and sinuses. It also triggered a huge emotional release, and I could not help but hug Liam after the session. Absolutely profound!

It was my third session of the Ten Series. I'm booking the sessions approx. 3 week apart, which seems like an optimum schedule for me. In my experience, the effect of each session is not immediate, it starts to "kick in" a few days later, and brings numerous improvements that can be experienced for many weeks after. Just after two sessions I was feeling these positive changes accumulating. Rolfing is probably the most effective kind of body therapy that I ever had, and I just feel so lucky to discover the method that works really well for me personally. Thank you so much, Liam!

So good. You can actually feel your body respond to the treatment lying there and soaking it in. There is some discomfort, but your body seems to lap that up and feel relaxed through the movements. Already booked my next appointment because I just know I will feel even better after my next go. Highly recommend this and Liam was an absolute jet!
