Nga is without a doubt, the best last artist and eyebrow specialist in Florida. And believe me, I’ve tried them all! I travel an hour each way just for my appointments with her. She is meticulous and her lashes and brows look like a true artist framed your face. She is kind, clean, friendly, and professional. But she has that extra talent of an artist’s eye so she truly designs your lashes and brows around your specific face to enhance your features.
