The service was great! Everyone was so kind, and professional, but personable. So it wasn't weird or uncomfortable having multiple people around watching and learning. I got my eyebrows shaped and tinted with henna, and my lashes lifted and tinted. My eyebrows and eyelashes look great! I love them! It was my first time having ever done anything with my lashes. The only think I have to say, and it isn't a big deal I just know for next time, is that I wish I had been asked what level of eyelash lift I wanted. I love 3D Lash & Brow, they always take great care of their clients, but the last few times that I’ve gone, I was unable to have my favorite lash tech do my lashes and that was a bummer because I love my girl, but Alexandra Ramirez did my lashes this time and she did an absolutely gorgeous job!

I'm so impressed with the treatment my daughter and I received today at 3D Academy. Amy did my first ever lash extensions, customized them to my personal needs, treated me so kindly, did such a lovely job (seriously pretty lashes), was patient when I needed to use the restroom mid session and reassured me when my anxiety kind of reared its head later in my appointment. Not only that, every guy/gal we came in contact with was professional, kind and helpful.
