First time I've had my brows tinted and waxed. Despite what the mapping had told Charlotte to do..she went with my eyebrow shape which I'm glad about. Hopefully get a couple of weeks of not having to do my brows everyday

Fabulous consultation on my original request for having my eye lashes “curled” but Katie and Jen pointed out the fact that it wasn’t worth while as my lashes were too short. But I did get a brow wax and tint and lash tint which was fab. Thanks Jen love my brows

Just had a lash lift and tint done by Faye. I’ve had lash extensions in the passed and became allergic (from a different lash tech) so was a bit apprehensive. Faye brought me in for a patch test first and was very friendly and professional. I returned for my lift and tint and found Faye was happy to accommodate a later appointment request so I could come after work. Faye is very down to earth and seems like a genuinely lovely person who enjoys her work and wants to do a good job. My lashes look fantastic and I’m so pleased with the results. Will definitely be returning!

Katie was absolutely fantastic, she asked me to fill out pre-appointment paperwork, made me feel really comfortable and just seems like a really lovely person. Chatted all of the appointment and asked me how I liked my lashes when I was done. She put a few more fans in when I asked for a few more and she’s shaped my brows perfectly. Will definitely be returning
