Mel goes above and beyond with all her services. I have had a number of treatments with Mel lashes, brows and my new favourite aesthetics treatments. She listens and advises. She has made me 10 years younger and takes time to listen to my concerns and address them. I never thought my skin could look and feel as good as Mel has made in and I am totally confident in her skills as an aesthetic practitioner! Mel the magician is what I have come to know her as. Michelle does a great job on my very fine and fair eyelashes . The lash lift and tint gives them a bit of colour and then with a lick of mascara they look so much fuller. I am really pleased with them 👍🏻

Fantastic Lily is an excellent lash artist. Eyes never sting post lashes and she is an absolute perfectionist wanting to get lashes just as her clients want. Highly recommend

I always love coming to revive for my lash lift. Chloe’s such a pleasure to be around. We did something a little different today and the way my lashes came out is absolutely stunning. I am sooo sooo happy with the end result. Definitely would recommend Chloe always..!!!!

I love coming to see Mel. I regularly attend to have my Russian lashes topped up and eyebrows laminated. Mel is the loveliest person you will ever meet and I always feel at ease in her company. I have also just recently had a B12 injection for the first time and 2 days later I feel like my “zombie mum mode” and brain fog have disappeared. Loved it so much I’ve booked in for the course of 6!

Over the last few years I’ve had a few lash techs and Lily has by far been the best. She is so friendly and never fails to make you feel comfortable. My lashes are always perfect and she knows exactly how I like them. I highly recommend having your lashes with Lily 🥰

Had a fantastic experience at Mels lashloft, nothing is too much trouble for Mel and my eyebrows and lashes look amazing when I got home my husband said I looked lovely, then my 5 year old said "you look beautiful Mummy" when I picked him up from school!
