Primal was lovely. First time I've used her salon. My lashes and brows are just as I asked for and no stinging for the 1st time. I've always had this with lash lift and tint at other salons. Gel toes are beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be back x

Fantastic experience i had a full package full deluxe pedicure toes painted full nails beautiful colours to choose from full body massage classic lashes and eyebrow tint excellent from start to finish felt totaly pampered primal is experienced in everything she does great value for money plus more .can't wait for my next appointment. Would give her 6 🌟

Had my infills done and a beautiful mauve glitter polish. Also had time for waxing brows and lip so incredibly happy. I would highly recommend Primal as a superb beautician. 👌

I had a backrack and shoulder massage, which was one wonderful. A full body scrub which I would definitely recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else for my eyebrows

Got a last minute appointment for Lash lift and was very happy that I was listened to about the type of lift I wanted . Looks great and I almost fell asleep in the chair . Nice and relaxed

Nails came out perfect absolutely in love with them she was so patient and made sure they were perfect she makes you feel so welcome from the start I have anxiety and autism it was my first time going to a salon and I will 100% be going again I got a brow wax aswell and they were exactly how I wanted I also got a pedicure and the difference in my feet is amazing would definitely recommend to everyone <3

Had my hair extensions took out, coloured and put back in today by Shannon! Words can't explain how much I am so happy with the service I got today. My hair has never looked so good! I didn't realise a hair extensions move up wasn't ment to hurt like it did with my previous hair extensions person. Shannon went above and beyond, explaining everything and how to care for my extension properly! So so happy with everything she has done for me 10/10⭐! Definitely will be back !!

I can honestly say these are the best nails I have ever done in a salon and I have visited a lot in hartlepool. If you are thinking of booking, do it. She also does a lot of other treatments, I am definitely going to have a luxury pedicure

It was my first time at the salon, I had a couple of treatments done, eyebrow wax&tinting, lash lift and tint, owner was lovely, very attentive, warm and very knowledgeable. She took into consideration all of the things I wanted, and was a perfectionist at what she does. I will certainly be back for further treatments in the future :)
