It's all thanks to my friend for recommending me to Carly! After a bad experience elsewhere for eyebrow lamination, I was nervous to head back to a professional. But seeing how my friends eyebrows were, I had that trust back. Carly was very accommodating fitting me in early, providing me with great communication prior to the appointment and I had a lovely chat with her while getting my treatment. She has a great skillset, offering either threading or waxing, and listened to the shape and colour of brows I wished to have. I highly recommend Carly, I'll be back for sure! Thank you!

Nancy was very lovely and made me feel at ease. Ive had a few eye treatments in the past that havent taken well. So over the moon that Nancy managed to get my lashes looking so great.

Went for my daughter to get her seconds ears pierced. She is autistic so can struggle in unknown environments and with unknown people. Great friendly service from Kate which made her feel instantly at ease and she said she would definitely go back.

I was so anxious about having my eyebrows laminated today. I needn’t have been, Liv was extremely professional and I am over the moon with the results, I am definitely converted.
