Lucy always provides a welcoming environment whilst carrying out treatments. She is warm, friendly, cheery, flexible and helpful. I’ve been very pleased with every treatment, most of which have been for eyelash extensions.

Beautiful salon and lovely ladies. I wouldn’t say I had a lash lift & tint, I’ve had many in the past and my lashes look no different other than they’ve been tinted. I probably wouldn’t have that treatment again.

First time getting lash extensions, Caitlin was the best. So kind and bubbly, so professional and lovely to talk to whilst getting lashes done. Couldn’t recommend her services enough.

First time in the new location. Easy to get to and to park. Very pleased with my nails and eyebrows.

Naomi is always so friendly and kind and at the same time is an absolute expert at getting all those stress knots out of my neck, shoulders and back. I always feel so more relaxed and lighter after the massage.

Lovely treatment today at Sophisticated Beauty. Sophie was friendly and very accommodating of my three month old baby that came along with me. My eyebrows look fab and I will definitely be back. Rebecca :)
