Carly was amazing putting me at absolute ease and talking me through what she was doing. My eyelashes look amazing and even though I couldn't have the eyebrow treatment I wanted (due to a reaction at my patch test), Carly still made my eyebrows look amazing. I will definitely be booking again.

Always a good experience and to walk out loving my lashes is a bonus, great new location, easy parking and if I don’t want do drive and go out afterwards then the bus route is so easy from Matlock so bring on those summer days.

First visit to see Ellie for a lash lift and brow wax and tint, from the start Ellie was lovely and very easy to get along with. I’m very happy with the results, I’ve had lash lifts before at previous places but never been so happy with them than what I was with Ellie, it genuinely looks like I have classic extensions on. As for my eyebrows, they were uneven and sparse, they look so much better now, Ellie asked if I was happy with them and if there was anything I’d like to change. I would 100% recommend Ellie West Beauty, lovely girl, amazing results and clean salon!xx

I honestly can't thank Carly enough for how amazing my combination brows look. After going through chemotherapy i lost my eyebrows which grew back but very thin and patchy it was a constant reminder of what i'd been through everytime i looked in the mirror. I went to Carly and said please give me back my normal natural eyebrows and did she deliver, she certainly did. I can't believe how natural my eyebrows look. Carly gave me abit of me back that was lost. Her professionalism, her attention to detail and her delivery of what was asked is amazing. I 100% would recommend her to anyone. Thanks
