Richanna is extremely professional. The best lash technician I have had in a while. Her work is exceptional, you leave feeling awesome. She uses quality materials and protects your real lashing to ensure they are healthly despite the fact that you have extensions. Additionally, her customer service is first class. I would recommend her services to anyone with ears.

If you are reading this review I have to say omg you have to book! Thee overall experience was a 10/10! I’m definitely booking with her again ♥️ My nails are superb! My feet are really soft ! & Yess she slayed my eyebrows 🤩 definitely coming back!

excellent service each and every time ,just let me add my lashes drop out evenly never in clumps. After 3 weeks my lashes are still full , very very full.

I find her very pleasant and professional in how she works, and she explains the what's and what's not to do while wearing the lashes.

Always the best experience. I never have to wait, just sit right in the chair when I arrive. My appointment last exactly as long as stated. Dionne is the most pleasant hair stylist and lash tech. The atmosphere is always very peaceful and relaxing. Always a pleasure to have any service done by her. Grateful to have found Splash Beauty Lounge and Dionne. I rate it a 10 out of 5. Honestly my experience was really good. From the time I came in I felt comfortable and welcomed. You were very professional and gentle, and I loved how you took your time and made sure everything looked neat and how I wanted it. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing, I didn’t feel rushed at all.
