Best cosmetic eyebrow tattooing experience I’ve ever had!!! ❤️ Shelley was absolutely amazing, she was very knowledgeable, & answered all my questions too. Shelley’s tattooing technique was very gentle & made me feel very comfortable. In addition to that, Shelley chatted to me about after care (which is included & lip tattoo (Velvet Lips) & showed me the current range of lip colours, & offered to collect the colour I wanted from a Perth stockist so I wouldn’t have to wait to get the procedure done.looking forward to getting my lips re-done with Velvet Lips by Shelley. 100% satisfied! ☺️💕☺️💕
