I have been getting my lashes done at NovaBelle Beauty for just over a year now and always have a great experience during my appointments. The studio is a friendly, comfy and peaceful environment when I can switch off mentally and get pampered. The service is great value for money, I am always happy with how my lashes look and feel. I enjoyed my morning with Fidelia. Her quiet, peaceful and friendly nature is just what I needed this morning. I also struggle with my heels, and because of a spinal injury, I can't manage to keep a hand on it properly on my own as I struggle to bend - she handles my feet so beautifully and without any judgement, which I am very grateful for. I look forward to my next visit, and will aim to work a little harder on my feet so that her job is a little easier next time. Thanks BOA Beauty!

Clarissa went out of her way to help me as I booked for a fill and she saw my lashed was in need of a redo, because of another artist. She talked me through what I can do to better the condition of my lashes and will see if it gets better in 2 weeks time with the serum she suggested. The salon is beautiful and clean, spacious and the music made me relax and snore a little bit. Clarissa comes highly recommended by me.
