Hairstylists are very knowledgeable about hair coloring, specifically highlights which was the service I wanted. Highlighting techniques of Karina are not completely random but would have a sort of meticulous system to it. Took a good amount of time in the Salon and was more than satisfied with the color outcome. Haistylists provide honest, informative suggestions and offer great support for client needs.

Having finally decided to accept my white hair and stop colorations, I came into the salon with many questions and insecurities. Stephen was very reassuring and helpful. He was so generous with advice on caring for my white hair. The staff was very professional and attentive. I will certainly return again. I fully recommend!

The staff at bloom groom are always so knowledgeable. It was my second visit and it was the first salon I've ever been to that tracks each visit. This meant the stylist was able to check the exact color that my hair was dyed at my previous visit. The appointments are a lot longer than other salons but that's because they are so detail oriented.

I had an amazing experience ! They are the real deal ! True experts and professionals, I can even say magicians. I wanted to dye my hair with a platinum grey look and they absolutely smashed it ! Felt like a superstar after leaving the hair salon. But they did not just give me the look I wanted, they also gave me super useful advices on how to take good care of my hair and make my color last longer. Hands down one of the best hair salon in Saigon if not the best !
